Shipping and Returns

Due to a change in international regulations, it is no longer possible to send goods abroad as a letter. From 2020, goods to a country other than the Netherlands must always be sent as a package.
This results in a strong increase in shipping costs for orders from a country other than the Netherlands, therefore we have introduced the following discount scale with regard to shipping costs:

Order amount              Discount on shipping costs
  €50 < > €100          25%
€100 < > €150          50%
€150 < > €200          75%
€200 <                      100%

The discount is automatically calculated.

Adamast offers 3 methodes of shipping:

Standard Post

- The envelope must fit through the letterbox.

- Costs

-- Within the Netherlands (€ 1.82)
-- Within Europe (€ 7.50 or € 9.00)
-- Outside Europe (€ 10.00)

- Please note! The risk is completely for the receiver!

Registered Parcel (recommended)

The advantages of Registered Parcel are:

- Proof of posting
- Signature on delivery
- The shipment is registered and processed in a separate secure channel
- For many countries, the shipment can be followed via track-en-trace
- Damages covered up to a maximum of € 500.-

- Costs

-- Within the Netherlands (€ 8.95)
-- Within Europe (€ 18.00 or € 23.50)
-- Outside Europe (€ 29.30)

Insured Parcel

The advantages of Insured Parcel are:

- Proof of posting
- Signature on delivery
- The shipment is registered and processed in a separate secure channel
- For many countries, the shipment can be followed via track-en-trace
- Damages covered up to a maximum of € 5,500.-

- Costs

-- Within the Netherlands (€ 14.90)
-- Within Europe (€ 24.00 or € 29.50)
-- Outside Europe (€ 35.30)

- It may happen that you want to return an order.
